H20 Just Add Water - Complete Collection (Series 1 + 2 + 3)

Was so worried in-case these weren't compatible but have opened up one prior to Christmas just to check. Popped it in to my daughters dvd player and yes it does play! Like someone else said, subtitles do come up automatically but you just turn them off on your remote with the normal subtitle button.Wow so fantastic and what a relief.Discs come in a case where they all go on top of each other which I don't like as quite difficult to get out, but can't be too fussy when these are hard to come by!Picture seemed O.K. daughters dvd player seemed quite noisy on playing but I think her player can be like that anyway as I don't really watch hers to know.

I had to give this five stars because I bought these for my daughter and she hasn't watched anything else since she got them. I admit to finding the theme quite intriguing, but the story lines, writing and acting leaves a lot to be desired. There have been times when it has produced some heated discussions over the story lines. One in particular where a young woman says no when a man asks her out but her "friends" then proceed to help this guy to "change her mind" because she "doesn't know what's good for her". Quite a worrying view of consent when this is aimed at preteens and teens that are just beginning to branch out into relationships.

Great comedy and great stories form Australia, fun for all the family. The story revolves around three high school girls who become mermaids when ever the get wet. It all starts in a subterranean pool on a mysterious island during a full moon. an attractive and talented cast make this a very enjoyable series. Don't be put off by the Dutch subtitles as these easily removed by pressing the appropriate button on your remote. Recommended.

Didn't realise that this had dutch subtitles which you can't switch off - probably explains why the price was so cheap! Still my little girl loves it!

I was worried as i did not realise these were not English however the film is still in English with foreign subtitles which can be turned off and they do play in uk machine so all good.

My daughters LOVES h2o, I think its probably her favourite programme. Unfortunately due to net flicks not being child poof we deleted and dd was distraught. Never to fear Amazon had the answer, the complete box set compatible on region 2 dvd player and child safe. Thank you so much

The quality of the picture is very grainy and poor. Is it possible to get a replacement please?

I love watching this series again, watched it about ten years ago. There was no fuss with playing it, just switched the subtitles off and your good to go. Delivery prompt, everything in tact. I just don't like the way the DVDs are stacked in the case. No problems other than that.
