OPEN CAREFULLY.
Surprisingly, very, very nice! Be aware however, that you do need a tin opener, and that as previously mentioned it is very thick on top and the juices are on the bottom. I did not realise quite how hard the top was and when I jammed my spoon in, managed to slice my knuckle. Ouch!So, in future I shall either shake the tin before opening or just be more careful.It is very mild, but i hope the manufacturers to a hotter version at a later date.

Makes a wonderful Vegetarian loaf
I love this product which I normally buy from Waitrose but they haven't had any recently so it was great to order 6 cans. I make a veg loaf with 3 eggs and packet of cooked golden rice and the Dahl
