Oil pressure dropping at idle
This did the trick. 2002 dodge ram, gauge would drop to zero at stoplights. No mas! The factory sensor apparently gets clogged and acts squirrelly. Carefully remove with the special deep socket and replaced. Perfect. I was really concerned of a crankshaft, oil pump, or something else insane major. Y tube has lots of videos for this common problem. Perfect fit.

It fits. but does it really work right?
After putting in the new sensor in truck my oil pressure gage does this weird thing were it cuts off randomly idk if it’s the new part or something else but my old sensor stopped working so at least this new one works most the time. But part was a perfect fit for my 01 dodge Dakota 4.7l v8 4x4 but not sure if I’d say it’s a good part cuz it still cuts out so be warned
