I love this hydroponic growing system! It has everything you need to start seeds and grow vegetables and herbs in your home (Note: seeds are not included. I recommend buying your seeds from a reputable source as fresh seeds yield the best results)Setting up the system is relatively easy. I had one small issue where the pump and lights weren’t initially receiving power. After contacting customer service, I was directed to the videos on the company’s website. As soon as I watched the video, I realized my error and quickly corrected the problem. Please make sure to read the enclosed directions thoroughly and watch the set-up videos on the website.I have the mini system with 8 planting pods. I planted lettuce and 3 herbs. In the future I’ll plant the same seeds in all the pods to yield a larger amount. I first saw seeds sprouting after just 3 days! In just 2 weeks I had lots of growth in all 8 pods! Lettuce was the fastest grower and I’ve already enjoyed a BLT sandwich made with some of the lettuce I grew! I plan on moving the lettuce into a pot so I can start more in the grower. Tip: Don’t pull lettuce out of the pod when you want to use it. Snip it off about 1” from the base of the pod and it will continue to grow!I love that there is no guesswork. The lights and pump are on a timer and turn on/off periodically. It’s so much fun watching the progress and enjoying what I’ve grown. I highly recommend this system!

This went from a 1 star to a 5 star for customer service.The seller had reached out and worked with me to resolve this issue. Honestly, I’d buy more items from this exact seller because of their stellar customer service!!!!! I may have had a defective one and they offered to replace it! 10 stars if I could !I mean, it does grow the plants ! But I don’t want grown vegetables if the mold comes with it. Not only is it moldy, sometimes it’ll shut off and the lights won’t come on. You got to fiddle with the top to even get it working. I waited a bit to write a review just to see if it would mold up again. Sure enough it did.

I was excited when I received this it was smaller and held the same amount of seed baskets as bigger models. I opened it read the instructions put it together, and plugged it in...... NOTHING! HAPPENED BUT SOME FANCY BLINKING LIGHTS I was excited I thought yay .... but then the lights went off and NOTHING HAPPENED. NO POWER NO PUMP NO LIGHTS, NOTHING IM SO PISSED. And then when you start your return you'll have to wait until they receive the broken product.... so that stops me from buying a new and better system. IF YOU WANT A HYDRO SYSTEM BUY idoo systems I've had mine for 5 years and it's still running!

I was super excited to try this out, being an avid plant lover. It's easy to put together and everything seems to work well- I got some of my seeds started very quickly. However, even though I followed the instructions, it got kind of green and moldy, so I ended up moving my plants into soil (where they did just fine). I'm sure this is probably user error, and I'm going to try again, but for now I'm just using the grow light.

This products is so cool! It is quiet and works well. We were able to successfully grow butter lettuce, cilantro, green onion, dill, lavender, and basil! It is pretty easy to set up and use too!

Good for small plant and herbs, not good for much else.Basically a starter box.These will not grow any plant over 20 inches tall, but it will do the rest well.I added as mall pump to give the plants air 24/7.This item shuts off the pump when one shuts off the lights.That increases the chances of root rot.Be prepared to buy a small pump to give the plants air while the lights are off.Other than that, it's a good buy.

Soooo they grew way faster than expected. So much so that I had to make new containers to hold the ones that were too big like zucchini/broccoli etc. Parsley is a bully (tries to take all the light) but with proper management and constant harvesting it works great. I'm trying to think of a drawback and it's hard. The only thing that Is a pain is having to clean them since you have to be carefu when taking them out.

The media could not be loaded. This hydroponic system is fantastic. It’s as easy to use as any other system but it’s about 1/4 the price. I paid $32 for mine and it’s worth every penny.In regards to the company. They have truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had a problem with the pump and they replied to my email within a few hours. They offered to send me a new pump but unfortunately they were out of spare pumps. They asked me if they could replace the whole system instead of just the pump. I agreed and would you believe it, they sent me an entire new hydroponic system. To make it even better, it arrived at my doorstep I kid you not within 8 hours of my email from the company. They’re truly the best company I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks for being such a great company.
