The stomach ache was so painful and frustrating
I have had IBS for the last 3 years. Probiotics has helped to some extent but the problems still persisted. My body just did not seem to take in and breakdown the daily essentials and cravings that I have had all my life and would just flush them out. The stomach ache was so painful and frustrating; not to mention the embarrassment I felt because of spending all that time in the bathroom. This digestive enzyme has changed it all. I take one capsule before each of the main meals. Within 24 hours of the first dose, I started feeling better and after three weeks, the symptoms of my IBS are gone. Love this stuff.. Although i did notice a difference on taking it before i eat, middle of eating and after i eat..Only because i forget to take it prior to eating.. The first couple of days i took it at each meal and my stomach dint like that. Then i took it only at evening meal, Actually evening is when i have the most difficulties anyway.. and that was really helping. Then i started with in the middle of my meal and that is the best time for me..No Gas, regular stools(as opposed to the little IBs kind), and little to no bloating especially after eating desserts.. I will continue to purchase until something changes..

No more stomach aches!
If you're like me and love to eat all kinds of different foods but are scared of feeling uncomfortable and bloated afterwards, try these. I have been dealing with bloating and stomach pain for years and all the doctors would recommend is miralax which depletes your body of fluid and I didn't want to have to take it all the time. This digestive enzyme has really been helping me with the various stomach issues I have. It has helped with digesting dairy better. I can’t seem to give up cheese no matter what problems it gives me afterwards but this helps digest it better for less stomach cramping and gas. Super happy to have found this.

They work!
I've been taking these enzymes for about a week. I've noticed that when I take them, food doesn't settle as hard in my tummy. I don't get bloated, either. Yay! Anyway, I would definitely get this again.

2nd Purchase Update
This is my second time ordering these supplements. At one point, to my knowledge, they were out of the product or unavailable... Nonetheless, I kept checking back. Lord and behold! These enzymes helps my digestive system tremendously. It helps control my appetite, it helps me lose weight, and eliminate gas, etc. This product has been a blessing thus far. Praise the most high!Update:I still stand by my previous review. It's 9/29/19, well over a few weeks. I'm satisfied with my purchase and definitely will be ordering more; most high willing.
