Good quality, OK but not great for running.
Great quality and comfortable to wear. Very good for adding oomph to body weight exercises like pull ups, but jumps around a bit when running and makes your tee shirt ride up. Can manage it by wearing a compression top tucked in to shorts.

Extremely uncomfortable
It’s a nice concept but this particular item is extremely uncomfortable from shoulder part. They haven’t think through design for weighted vest.The part on shoulder is streaches and makes it very uncomfortable to carry it.Don’t recommend it at all.Trying to return it but the seller doesn’t offer free return shipping. Very bad product
