6 x Vintage Shabby Chic Wooden Heart Coasters Coffee Table Drinks Cup Desk Mat

I purchased a set of these and was delighted. They were made of good quality wood, thick, well made and fitted well in the holder. However, I have since purchased a second set to match my first. Whilst I understand they are handmade and will vary but the second batch I received are cheap wood and are unlikely to last long (in my opinion), thin and the coasters don't fit into the holder well. The coasters have hearts cut into them; the first batch are great, even in shape and size but the second batch are uneven and cut out roughly. I will be using them outdoors so will see how they fare. If Id received the second batch first I certainly would not have bought a second set.

These were very attractive to look at but are very impractical. If you put a cold drink on them the condensation wets the wood and it stains your furniture. It looks like it is stained with a cola such is the colour of the wood when it gets wet. Very pretty but massively impractical.

I know these are hand made but with very amateurish cut out hearts. That doesn't bother me so much, it is the fact the coasters are dark wood with bits of paint slopped on them. I wanted these to match my side tables and in the picture they were the perfect LIGHT colour ! I will use them though as they are sturdy .Not expensive , so I guess you get what you pay for !

Had these for a little while and they are a nice decorative addition to the coffee table. All coasters slightly imperfect which I think adds to the effect. A very strong smell of varnish for the first couple of weeks but thankfully that has now passed!

I really like these, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they are a little slippy, and could do with some sort of backing on them to keep them still, but I think they look great. Of course my granddaughter loves them, she pokes her finger in the heart in the middle and they make a great toy.

Rough hand-sawn mis-matching wood, cut unevenly into small wonky squares with different shape and size hearts.Huge waste of time having to return these. Even if you like shabby (which I do), these are such poor quality.

Oh, these coasters are glorious!They're obviously handmade (in a good way) and each coaster is very slightly different as a result, which makes them even more as special.Arrived five days earlier than expected, too. Beautiful and they look as though they'll last forever.

Excellent value for money. Really attractive and well made. Come in a beautiful matching wooden box.
