easy to use and durable

Only used it once, trying to seal a a large wooden window frame in a mansard roof with no obvious gaps, but which leaks in heavy rain with a west wind. The product seems waterproof and to have good adhesion. However there the spray patter is very narrow in one dimension but broader in the other, giving a short, straight line of adhesive. And I generally found it unhelpful to touch it in any way, once the spray had hit the surface. This may be ideal for many gobs but I found nit tricky to control in serval places. It may nonetheless have done the job.

Difficult to stay on the leak, so we had to put a sticker on first then apply the sealant!

A good product easy to get. For the home.

Followed direction on can (masked up and gloves on as well) left to dry - still leaking, tried another 4x - still leaking, and the smell lingered for days even though the windows were left open

Easy to apply treated the area twice and it stopped the leak into the conservatory

The can arrived in nothing more than a plastic bag: the container was buckled around its top and the cap was badly broken. Having said that the spray worked and the sealant did its job so it was a satisfactory project.
