This is about as basic as a floor standing camera tripod can get. The metal tubular legs are very thin and all the joints, legs clamps, swivel handle are basic moulded plastic. But it works! I wouldn't put an SLR camera on it, it would tip over with the weight, but my medium sized compact camera is safe on it. It comes with a Smart Phone clamp and a clip on light as well.You can swivel the camera/phone round whilst it is still securely held level.The camera platform can be raised to a maximum height of 1 metre and with the distance between the legs at full extension is 55 cm.If you sit on it it will break and it should be packed in a carry bag with a little care, but at this price (mine was £14) it is good value for money.

Now we can take a family picture this coming Christmas. Before it was me or my husband who is taking turns taking pictures. But with this tripod we can have our picture taken using the bluetooth button/switch. This phone tripod is sturdy and fits both my husband’s Sony and my iPhone. It comes with a bag too which makes it convenient for travel. And a light ring clip for that extra lighting when it’s a bit dark. I will definitely bring this tripod on our holiday this January.

It's good but a little flimsy, I certainly wouldn't try to attach a DSLR camera to it because I don't think it could take the weight. I bought this for use with a mobile phone though and it's great for that.The light that comes with it is good, comes with usb charging wire so it can be charged and run from the battery or it can be run from the mains using a phone charger. I should say that I don't know how long the battery life is yet.The only thing I'm really disappointed about is that it doesn't have a quick lease button as it suggests in the items pictures.Overall it's good for the price, it's cheap so don't be surprised that feels cheap. If you want excellent quality get something else, but this is good for first timers who are only using their mobile.

Recently, I work at my studio and this tripod is best for indoor usage: easy to connect with camera, camcorder and mobile phone. I have a strong tripod and a compact one, this is my third one - a lightweight tripod.If you work at home/office/studio at most time, a lightweight tripod is a must.

Exactly what I was looking for, I work in a gym and was constantly trying to balance phone to take videos for blogging wich was never sturdy and at awful angles. This tripod really does the job I especially love the little leveller that helps ensure phone is level for recording also comes with a cool flash ring light. Love it great value for money!
