These are beautiful, well crafted office reception chairs. Fairly easy to assemble. However, product did arrive with a defect. I'm pleased to report the company went the extra mile to resolve the issue and promptly sent a replacement. I would definitely buy again. We get compliments on these chairs all of the time!

When I finally found what I wanted and ordered it I was taken aback by the shipping time of 4-5 weeks, but it was what I wanted, and I could wait. As it turned out shipping was only a week to arrive. As I unpacked the first chair and removed the wrapping the instruction fell to the floor and I missed it, so I started by attaching the back to the two sides. This did not go well because the bolt went through the side first and then into the threaded anker was deeply recessed into the back so that I could not align the bolt with the threads. With the second chair I started with the seat as I found the instructions. This was even more difficult, and I stripped two bolts trying. Luckly, extra bolts were provided, and I finally got both chairs assembled after an hour. Once finished the chairs are beautiful, the leather is sumptuous, and the total appearance speaks volumes for the design and execution. They are everything I was looking for and a great value as they look many time the price I paid for them. I'm completely happy as the look justifies the trouble with assembly.

Don't believe the pictures. These chairs are tiny and unsuitable for an adult. The seller does this deliberately to mislead you and is counting on the fact that shipping back is difficult and expensive because of the nature of the items. When I asked for a refund, they first demanded pictures. I pointed out that it was unreasonable for me to unpack the chairs, re-assemble, take a picture, then re-pack. I just wanted a paid shipping label + RMA and we could both get on w/ our lives. They sent a blank label "postage required." I asked for a paid shipping label. They refused and said it wasn't a mis-represented/fraudulent description because there are website pictures. I chatted with Amazon Customer support who said that they would instruct the seller to send me a pre-paid label. I received another blank label. Four more chats + two reps on the phone, and now I'm finally getting an A-Z team to look at this. Please avoid at all costs. These items are useless and the seller is clearly gaming the system to steal from you.

Great chairs. One came with the seams coming apart. I contacted the company, sent pictures, and they sent me a new one! Will definitely buy from them again!!

A nice looking chair, comfortable, easy to get in and out of, materials appear to be of good quality. Just make sure you snug down the screws good and after a few days of use, tighten them up again. Good product, I have 3 of them.

Not enough padding.
