I was fed up of carrying a laptop bag, my handbag and lunch etc when in the office or travelling for work. I wanted something stylish but practical. This product has honestly made the office/work travel so much better! Things I likeItem is well made. Good stitching. SturdyFrame at the top ensures the bag is rigid but flexible enough for what you want to store.Large capacity - I can fit my lunch, laptop, charger, headset , files and handbag contents (makeup purse etc)Cool bag area at the front has plenty space , sits underneath the main area of the bag and comes with freezable ice bag and stays cold all day. Plenty space but equally the space can me reclaimed in the main bag area if not in use. It's flexible enough (I recommend filling this area up first and then packing the rest of the contents of the bag)I like that there is a small pocket on the back of the bag that would sit against your back if you were using it with the straps as a rucksack. The means you can put your phone/cards/money in it without fear of getting pickpocketed from behind.Rucksack Straps are sturdy but easily adjusted.Top straps also sturdy - these mean you can carry the bag like a handbag.Bag is waterproof.No downfalls really. Love it.

I chose the smallest size and it’s perfect for what I need. So you can see the size Iv took pics with a 1litre bottle which fits no bother into the side pockets and a large sistema lunch box which fits into the cooler section. The plastic bag that comes with it isn’t great I most likely won’t use it it doesn’t seem to fit that great but other than that the bag does what I need and quality seems decent enough.

Well made strong & sturdy! Ideal for why i purchased… My teen daughter for school.The lunch bag part is a fantastic addition to this style of bag!Only reason for missing star…. Is the awful logo on front, which i have replaced.

I have to walk into work and as a bodybuilder I take lots of food in! This holds 4 of my meals, snacks, drinks, laptop and other bits! Looks good and has saved my back.

Great bag, good quality. Surprisingly roomy. The one thing I think would improve it though is if there was a way you could completely separate the top from the bottom lunch section, because if you put several things in the top they do squash the food compartment down. Ive put a plastic box in mine, but a false floor that could be clipped and unclipped would be better

What a lovely bag highly recommended. If you want space in a bag keeps your stuff cool in the front. Great value for money.

I liked look of this bag and all the reviews I read were very positive. It's a very sturdy and attractive bag. My only negative which was mentioned in someone's review, the bag is fairly heavy before anything goes in, and therefore quite heavy once a few items go in. But I work from home 3 days a week and the other two at my work place, so it works for me.
