I've tried a few forms of magnesium and this is the best so far. Reasonably priced, a decent amount of elemental mag per capsule and malate seems to have zero noticeable side effects.This is the easiest on the stomach and has a substantial effect on sleep. Normally I would use glycinate but this has a stimulating effect for me and a few others, unlike malate which feels more like the "pure" magnesium effect.

It does state on the box the magnesium is 115mg. Even this being so, it is misleading to state 1000mg in big writing. It is still good value.

The size of these pills are big, but I’m now on my 3th month and I’m feeling pretty well. Less tired and the horrible restless legs feeling during sleeping time has gone. Less cramps too. Good product!
