Great, I have found sago, none of local shops stock this item, good value, just as described.

Sorting out a recipe to my taste
No cooking instructions included so have used Google suggestions. First attempt produced a very viscous product under-sweetened. My next attempt will be to increase the milk to sago ratio and to up the sugar content. First attempt was satisfactory but I know I can do better to meet my personal taste.
