I really thought I was about to lose my 18 yo Bengal, Ophelia. She was very unsteady on her feet and had significant trouble getting into and out of the litter box. I'm not sure if that's the issue or she's incontinent, but these diapers have been great. She has adapted to them and they keep her, her bed, my bed, and other furniture dry. She now stands there patiently while I change it as if she knows they're doing her a huge favor. I wish I'd had them awhile back when she had a UTI and did quite a number (that number being ONE) on my couch. Thus, they're great to extend their life in old age if they're incontinent and if your cat is peeing all over due to a UTI, they're great until the medicine kicks in.

These diapers are one the better side than some of the other ones I've tried. The problem I find is the hole for the tail sometimes being to big and that allows room for leakage. Now the best road to take if you must use cat diapers on your cat for the rest of their life is to have custom made diapers that fit your cats unique body. I recently adopted a 5 month old kitten named Regina, who was born with Spina Bifida and is paralyzed from her lower back down. She is a female and while she does know when she has to go to the bathroom she can not unfortunately control it. Custom made cat diapers can be expensive at 1st but you really do need to hav several of them but you still need to have disposable ones on hand too. for emergencies when you don't hav a custom made diapers available. I wish I would of went with these 1st because they are by far the better ones out there.

Maybe this is more on me than them, but the diaper fits around his waist, but the tail hole is just a little too small. Maybe I should size up, I’m not sure. But my little guy scoots around on his hip all day and these slid right off. May work for some pets but unfortunately doesn’t work very well for mine.

Tried these for my elderly cat who can no longer make it to the litter box.Although these are fairly easy to put on her, the tail hole is much too large, resulting in leaks. I wanted to try these because they were less expensive than a brand I had purchased before. So I had to go back to the more expensive diapers.The green plaid really does look cute, but not cute enough to tolerate leaking.

I am so disappointed that these cat diapers didn't work. There is just no way they will stay on. I even bought the kitty suspenders, but that didn't work either. Cats don't really have shoulders to hold up the suspender straps.I've waited too long to return them. That part is my fault, but I wish I had known that they don't stay on.

My cat pees all over the house. So this was my solution. He weights 9.6 lbs, because he doesn't have hair we use the small. They fit him perfectly and he can't get them off easily. There is a tail opening in the back with a flap for security.

My kitten weighs no more than 6 pounds and very tiny. Description of size wrong. Quality good.

These were a godsend when we had an elderly cat struggling with kidney failure-induced incontinence. Went on easy, stayed on well and were very absorbent with good coverage.

My 25 year old cat no longer goes in the litter box. These are very good and hold very well. I like the tail whole, no need to customize.

I bought the xxs for a cat of 6 months and I think it was a bit too small cause even though I was able to put it on the whole was not aligned with the begging of the tail and in just a few minutes my cat was able to slide it off
