I have several food covers including pop-up and metal mesh ones. But I’ve found with the hot summer we’ve had this year we’ve been eating out more often and I needed more.I like the hard mesh ones best but storing them takes up a lot of room so I looked at pop-up ones. These were bigger than my existing ones so I decided to give them a try.Size wise they are perfect.I have some large rectangular plates which I haven’t been using since none of my existing covers are large enough. These easily cover the plate (picture attached) which is great.Now these are very flimsy, fine for indoor use or outside provided it’s not windy.They also don’t touch the worktop all the way round. The wire is thin and therefore can easily be bent to adjust this. But I’ve found on both of my covers only one side is lifted so I just put something on, like my butter dish.I’m giving 3.5 to 4* mainly because the size is great and while they’re flimsy they were also very cheap.

These are very large covers, which is not a problem as I generally use them to cover big dishes of food while it cools down. They are a bit fiddly to put up but otherwise good coverage. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until too late to return them that one of them was broken - one of the hinges has broken, so I cannot use (to be fair to the seller I have not contacted them about this because of the time since I bought them). However, they are a little bit flimsy but good for occasional use.

Much bigger than anticipated - I was expecting it to be able to cover a dinner plate, but I think you could fit 2 or 3 underneath this, which I guess is a good thing in the summer months, when you want to keep the flies off of the food! Bear in mind that this product is delivered from China so takes a while to arrive. Having said that, it's extremely cheap and does what it's supposed to do.

Great for large family get togethers in the sun and they have been worth their weight in gold this year. Don’t expect to be using them much now until the summer again but have every faith they will last until then. Larger than I thought but better to be bigger with extra space than too small and no good. Better quality than I expected and didn’t see any besties get through and make it to the food underneath. Easy as to use just open and your ready to go. Because they are a great size they didn’t touch the food underneath so didn’t get dirty but I’m sure they would wash up fine. They don’t take up much space when storing either so perfect for me. Great quality and would recommend.

very cheap food covers but sadly 1 arrived with a broken end cap. i had to superglue the 2 pieces together before it could be used.

They seem a bit flimsy so not sure how long they will last, but very cheap so I'm not complaining. They are much larger than the last one I had (from another source) so that's good.
