Fantastic book. Provides great information on each aspect of the style and the photographic demonstrations are brilliant.

A good book but unfortunately I already had a copy, I thought this differed due to the different cover. But never mind, I now lend this one out to my students as it is a great reference book.

Everything that you could wish to know about Kyokushin Karate all in one book with instructions from Sensei Oyama himself.

If you have any interest in Kyokushin then don’t bother buying this book.1300 photos? So grainy that on some shots you can hardly tell what you are supposed to be looking at.
