Great budget filament.
Prints as well as any other PETG filament as long as your settings are ok - for a very attractive price. If I was nit-picking I'd say it's a bit more translucent than some others when printing thin walls/layers, but no big deal really. Will certainly be buying more of this.

Really nice PETG - great for structural / stronger prints
After a few stringy, difficult to use PETGs, I've been very impressed with this material.Adheres great with an 85c bed, and prints without excessive stringing at 230c.You have to print it slow (below 40mms), but if you can be patient, it can give great results.

Needs the right settings
Slicer settings, when you get them right this PETG filament prints ok. Get them wrong, say like normal PLA and it wont stick to the bed, will string and blob. I suggest 240C and a heated print bed of 70C, slow down the print speed, turn off the cooling fan, the travel speed should be max however and turn off retractions but experiment with this. PETG is as strong as PLA but the clear one wont be totally transparent, more cloudy like a net curtain and you can see the layer lines. In theory the filament is food safe so you can make interesting mugs (for cold drinks) and vases for plants, just be careful to not have any unintentional holes.

Really good PETG
Firstly, I bought this filament with my own money and did NOT use the offer of free filament for 5* reviews. This was my first time using Sunlu as a brand and also first time using PETG.Once I'd set the correct layer height on my printer I chose the codes I needed for the parts to build a Lack enclosure and it's been printing ever since. 4 days non stop and I've not had a single issue. The orange is a bit dull compared to the orange on my printer, but that's just picking flies.Make sure to clean your build plate with good quality IPA (isopropyl alcohol) to get good adhesion and you'll be fine. The pictures show the various bits I've printed for the Lack enclosure for a Prusa mk3S.Quick update. I've since used the black PETG which I was told can be a right pain to print with. I can honestly say I've not had a single issue. I just heat the nozzle and bed, select the code and press print. If you can't get it to print, check your printer settings and maybe try a PID tune. Search YouTube for Dr Vax PID tune and sort out the settings on your printer. Makes a huge difference.

Wetter than the Yangtze
I was thinking of selling the excess moisture off this reel to Thames Water! The print quality is diabolical and, unless I dry it my oven at great expense, it's all but useless. Please keep away!!

Best PETG at this price point
Great flow and adhesion, extrudes wonderfully on both of my Prusa's and my ender 3 V2.It has a nice shiny finish at 250 to 260c and layers adhere great. It's really strong, has a good amount of flex and never comes brittle.I've gone through about 20 rolls of the stuff as I use it for my business, and it's never let me down. Get some stringing on my ender 3 v2 probably due to retraction settings and the fact it has a Bowden extruder, but none on my Prusa whatsoever.I open my filament rolls for a week or two sometimes so that it's ready to be printed, and I've never experienced stringing or moisture issues.Highly recommend! If you aren't using this PETG, what are you doing!Edit: not sure how so many of you are having adhesion issues! How about clean your print surface? Prints perfectly on my Prusa with the textured bed.

Smooth as butter. Ender 3 Pro and glass. 230 nozzle 70 bed.
I ordered Sunlu white PETG a week or two ago and was so impressed, that I ordered this black spool. As with the white, I’m thoroughly impressed. It has a great sheen to it, prints out very smooth and looks great. As always, I started with a temp tower and has similar results to the white, so I stuck with the same settings. 240 nozzle first layer, drop down to 230. 80 bed first layer and drop to 70. Print speed 30. Retraction 6.5 and retraction speed 45mm/s. 0% fan first 4 layers and 50% thereafter. It seemed to string slightly less than the white but again, just brushes away with the finger. The print looks glossy and smooth with all layer adhered together. Printed the grappling hook with no brim, just a skirt to clean the nozzle and with no supports and it came out clean. No sagging and no deformities. The circle centre is solid, with no warping. I think I’m going to be sticking with PETG.I’m using an Ender 3 Pro with a glass bed and no adhesion.

Nice printing Black PETG at PLA temperatures
I'm using this for large parts and printing with a 0.6 mm nozzle. After some tuning and finding that this blend prints at a lower temperature than PETG, I settled on 215 Deg C with the fan running as low as it can without stalling on a Prusa Mk3.This gives me strong prints with just the slightest amount of stringing, I can eliminate this by increasing the cooling, but I want the parts as strong as possible, retraction is also only 0.8 mm.This filament prints very nicely and consistent, the winding on the spool is perfect all the way to the end and the filament arrived well sealed and dry (Additional drying did not make any difference). You want to print at a speed that gives a glossy to satin gloss finish, if you get a matt finish, you going too fast or cool.I bought black and find that this black is nice and opaque which a lot of PETG filaments are not.Already bought another 2 reels.
