Cannons UK Plastic Baby Den Playpen with Games Station Small Panels (160cm x 80cm)

Does the job and is a good size, but it is expensive (£125) for what it is, and not great quality materials. I got the largest (18 piece 240x160, small-panel set - see my uploaded picture with some toys to show the scale)The size and sturdiness of the panels is good, but the plastic molding is poor so you have to be quite forceful to clip everything together, and the panel folding and gate mechanism isn't very smooth. You cannot fold it up without unclipping to a very compact size, as the hinges don't have the angle of motion that would allow a 180 deg foldback. Having the smaller panel set does at least mean you can have a variety of shaped pens (e.g. circle, rectangle, diamond) to fit the room.There are suction cups underneath the panels to stick to a smooth floor but they are too small and don't work well on any wood/laminate floor with a grain effect - luckily the heaviness of the plastic keeps it down anyway.The add-on toy (an electronic playset you can attach to one of the panels) is cheap and falls apart easily. When it works, the speaker and police/ambulance/ship sounding noises are so loud it scared our young 10 month old baby. In the end we took it off.In addition the sticker and instructions have some bad spelling mistakes, one of the colours on the sticker colour chart is "Purpal".I like the size and that I can fit in it myself comfortably and play with the baby, e.g. it doesn't feel like a baby-cage.Overall I would buy again, because there isn't much in the way of good competition, but it is pricey.

There is plenty of space for my 10 month old twins to play in, I even had my 4 year old niece play in there with them and they all had space to play Comfortably as individuals or together.The walls & suction pads on the bottom are very strong and sturdy, especially as my twins used it to help them stand up and walk, even if some of the suction pads weren't working I wouldn't know as it holds itself up very well.Assembly is very quick and easy as the panels easily slot into each other, even taking it down is easy.The games station is really good as it's simple but keeps them entertained for ages. The steering wheel is quite loud and I do wish It had volume control for my personal reasons but my twins love it, but if your kids scare easily or a sound sensitive then make sure the batteries are out until they're ready for loud sounds as it's still a really great toy when played with quietly.If I had to buy again, I would and I would recommend to any parents of multiples as it's a safe spacious area for them to play, without causing complete anarchy in your house.

Love this playpen, it's exactly what I needed to childproof my awkward living room. I took this apart and sectioned off the stairs, the TV unit and my husbands office, my baby runs around freely and we adults can simply step over the gates if we need to (I'm under 5 foot and can still easily hop over them).If you do take the pen apart the pieces don't stay up without assistance so I've secured them to the stair bannister using an old belt, also secured them to my husbands office desk using some old plastic bags turned into rope. The entire process was pretty simple I think it took me an hour to do the entire living room and my baby loves the colours, she's always pulling herself up on them and has started walking around the sections, just brilliant really.

CAnnot contact seller, missing items in the games station! Poorly packaged but it is overall a good playpen. Scuff marks on the panels and missing game bits so quite disappointing as was really looking forward to it for my little one and it is not a bargain price at all!!

My baby boy is 9 months old and is very active and crawling everywhere and it was hard to do anything in the house.When we take this playpen everything became easier- the baby has enough space for playing and we are calm.I don’t like the suction buttons. We have embossed parquet and they not work on it but the playpen is enough big and heavy so it is not have a chance to fell down.The stickers on the play panel is falling down as well.But I think the price is a good because it is bigger that others playpen on the market.

I've had this for 4.5 years now. When it arrived I thought the sound was too loud and I muffled the back with tape. It was used very briefly as an actual playpen. For many years part of this was secured to the landing bannister. Part of it has also been used as a barrier around the china cabinet and TV. Now it's a den, bus, cave, castle......

This is brilliant. Easy to put together and take apart and the quality is really good. No complaints at all. I bought the biggest one and there is so much room for baby to roll around and play in. Will be buying another one and will use the panels to baby safe the living room. A previous reviewer used it at the bottom of the stairs as has an unusual shaped living room, we will do this too, genius! As it has suckers and sticks to the floor it is is sturdy and safe. Highly recommend and don't regret buying this at all. Just wish I had bought it sooner!

This playpen is the best purchase we have ever made for our daughter who is now 11months old. It's so sturdy, fabulous colours and so much space it doesn't feel like shes locked up in very small space, in fact, when I went to take her out of it the other day, she cried because she was having so much fun. We would highly recommend buying this product, after so much time looking up similar items and checking size and safety standards, etc, we decided to purchase this one and so delighted we did.
