What a great pan this is, it gets very hot and is simple to clean, its one of the best frying pans I've owned, and I've owned a fair few. It looses a star because the handle is about 0.5cm too long for most ovens. I can get it in if I put it at an angle and shut the door, but if I wasn't careful and shut the door a bit fast I can see the glass shattering. I have a Leisure range with quite a deep oven, such a shame the handle (which is good) is just that little too long and so costing it the top rating.

I've been using this frying pan for about a month now and would definitely say it has been a worthwhile investment! The thick metal of the pan itself, and heavy weight, means once it has fully heated it retains heat well, and distributes it evenly. This makes cooking anything on it (pancakes, eggs, sausages, etc.) is much easier, as they cook more evenly and are less likely to burn. The non-stick coating is great, with nothing sticking to the pan so far. Just make sure to use rubber/wooden utensils so as to not scratch it!!I haven't tried it in the oven yet, but the metal handle means I will be able to at some point. My only complaint with this product is that the handle is a little long, and whilst useful for keeping your hands away from the heat source, it does make it tricky to manoeuvre, and fit in the oven.Overall a great, top quality product, and would highly recommend!

Whilst we were away in Cornwall, I cooked my wife an omelette most days for breakfast using a frying pan of a simular size and it was so easy and made perfect omelettes. When I got home I looked for something simular as ours at home were far to small. I looked on Amazon, I thought this KitchenCraft MasterClass Professional Heavy Duty Non Stick Frying Pan, Aluminium, 28 cm looked very simular to the on on holiday. I made the purchase and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Just the right size, a really good weight and a feel of Quality. Comes highly recommended. I am also thinking of buying another one as such good value.

I have this pan in three sizes, no issues with the coating coming off or warping even when heated for a long time ready to cook steak. Great that it can go into the oven. We always handwash not that it ever needs more than a swish out.

If you look after it, meaning taking diligent care of its nonstick, this pan will continue to reward you as it’s really well made and sturdy

I bought this 28cm Frypan as I've had a the same make in a smaller size for ages and the non-stick coating has been really tough and hardwearing. They are really easy to clean - just hot soapy water and wipe out, no hassle. As it says in the description it is Extra Heavy and that is the only drawback but its other good qualities far outweigh this. Master Class Extra Heavy Duty Aluminium Frypan, 28cm

Schöne Pfanne, allerdings keine 28 cm..Deckel mit 28cm passen nicht, auch nicht der von der gleichen Firma, daher geht sie zurück.

Die Pfanne ist toll, schwer, Backrohrtauglich bis 180 Grad....ABER - der Stiel der Pfanne ist so lange, dass die Pfanne in mein normales Standard-Backrohr nicht oder nur schwer rein passt!
