This Hamstring support has the extra benefit of an elastic strap you can tap around and secure with Velcro. Used it on two runs and a 5 a side game and it works well. I believe the Velcro will ruin the support as it grips very well. It supported the pain in the hamstring and gave it stability. It looks comfortable and is. Overall it’s good value for money.

I bought this with the intention of wearing for sport but found that even wearing around the house and zero impact it slowly slipped even with the strap fully in place. So, I decided to wear it after exercise as pert of my recovery and it’s good for that.

I bought this for a painful thigh..turned out to be nerve pain😐 Still, a good support.

For me this wasn't great. The velcro strap stuck to the material and caused it to fluff in areas. Also, I found it to be a bit too tight on the top and bottom seams.
