Bought these to add to my diet to help with weight loss, these do not work at all....just wasted money on something that doesn't work. i changed diet and my work is more physical. no weight loss at all. I wouldn't recommend these, just diet and exercise.

Yes i need help to lose weight, only been taking them since the weekend, and i took my start weight, 5 days later i stood on the scales, i was surprised.....i lost .5kg so half a kilo, now everyone wants me to get them some. Not really dieting, or exercising, although they make me hungrey and now eating at least twice aday instead of once, you'd think cutting back was the way to go, but i think they get you tobe healthier with eating times
