Measurements for “28 inch Spinner” are off
Just received 28” sized one today.There is no exterior cup holder as depicted.I took a tape measure to this as I didn’t want to exceed 62 linear inches (don’t want any hassles with the airline). I measured at its widest/longest and I came up with 30” x 11.5” x 19.5 which is 61 linear inches.The advertised measurements are 21.1 x 11.9 x 31.1 that comes out to 64.1 linear inches which would be a dealbreaker for me.Case itself is light for its size. The interior is nicely laid out although the zippered compartments are superfluous for me, easy enough not to use that function. Comes with a white toiletry bag. Locks were easy to set. Wheels spin in all directions smoothly.Hope it holds up to abuse.Update:Have flown internationally to both Ireland and China with this and it performed perfectly. My travel partner has an older Samsonite spinner, its wheels are just terrible. They don’t spin properly so we’re constantly dragging/fighting it. It’s very irritating especially as you’re trying to rush thru an airport or cross a paved street.My spinner, however, was smooth as butter. It held up nicely with no problems at all.

Sturdy, Strong and Well Built
This luggage provides enough space for your traveling needs. I definitely suggest getting a cloth cover for this luggage to protect it from check in damage. I bought one that was sold separately. I recently traveled and I can’t complain. My luggage is still in good condition.

Appearance is nice but time will tell on durability
The advertisement may have been exaggerated about strength and durability. In particular the wheel mount support does not look all that strong.

Suitcase broke during the first use
I was shocked to find the wheel completely missing at bag claim. I have two of these and the first one I purchased is fine and has traveled with me on multiple international trips. I decided to purchase a second one because the first one was so good. But something is different now. Not sure if it is a defective unit or the bag handlers purposely removed the wheel? I spent around $200 for this case and it's trash now. Seems like the quality is not as good as the first case I purchased. Buyer beware.
