I used this with my granddaughter to talk about going to school. The pictures are very clear and the ideas give the child lots of information. The stickers are large and easy to use. There are no awkward tiny pieces which might tear. The sticker pages come out easily so you don’t need to keep turning the page. Loved it.

This book is ideal for a pre school child. Good stickers. Gets a child working out what stickers belong to which character. My grandson who is 5 and just started school loved it but did wonder why the children didn’t wear a school uniform😂

Grandchild only used a little so far. But looks very good.

Really cute bookEasy to do but the stickers are abit annoying. As soon as you stick them on the book it's better to just leave it on there and not move it as it won't be as sticky as before. I also had to rip the sticker pages as it was annoying going back to get the stickers. Another thing is becareful getting the stickers as it can easily rip as you take them off, as you can see the ripped bit on the dress on the little girl. Another sticker ripped too.

Great for starting discussion about what your child’s new school might be like. There’s one page where the children put their PE kits on and play sports so you can talk about what that will be like as it can be daunting for children to leave the classroom. There’s another for lunchboxes/hot lunches so you can talk about what will happen at lunch time - all those transitions in the school day that you might not think to mention to them but will settle their anxieties. As a primary school teacher and a mum I highly recommend. My daughter also loved the stickers as it gave her something to do as we were talking and therefore she listened more and asked more questions. She seems to be feeling much more prepared now.

Lovely book to introduce school routine to kids.They will love doing the sticker activity then retelling the story as you go through it every day.I would love to buy a school readiness book with a Chinese or African background child on the front cover.
