Sturdy and works well
Terrible assembly instructions! I had to google it for instruction to put it together. No holder for the pencil and no bag to attach for clothing, snacks, etc.Have used it for two rounds and it works well.

Help! having a lot of trouble with remote and manual knob- cart is possessed
I am wondering how I receive a replacement as well past the 30 day return window. We have had some minor issues from the start and they keep getting worse. The other day my cart took off and acted as if it was possessed. It was working perfectly and then 11 holes in things started to get funky. Then on one hole the cart would not stop and I was running around in circles as it was reving uncontrollably. Then it would not work at all....and it was challenging to get cart off the course. Please help!!!!

Could be great
The main issue I have is with the folding process. There is a main turn crank which secures the chassis to the steering arm. If you aren't aware (that would be me) you can cross threaded this crank without realizing it (that would be me) and end up with a lifelong torturous process for expanding and collapsing the cart for use and storage. For the cost, very, very disappointing. [Still shaking head].The cart functions great and was a pleasure to use on a very hilly course; except for realizing the one buying feature (brake) doesn't really exist for true hills. Charge lasted a full 18 on a course where you never hit to a level green.

Love our E caddy!!!
I can't say enough about this E Caddy it was easy to assemble and it's fantastic on the course. It was exactly what we wanted! The mobility, durability and quality of this cart is hands down the best cart I've ever used. I would recommend this cart to anyone in the market, it is definitely worth it!

Well-built but a disappointing remote control and accessories
Reasonable value, but the remote control is problematic. It lacks a mesh bag and the scorecard and ball holder look like an afterthought.

Works great and can all golf course terrain multiple forward speeds with remote control and breaking system.

I love the cart. Had a bad remote but they shipped me a new and helped me sync it. Best product on the market.
