Failed second time used
Video keeps displaying "no signal" loose connection in camera. Works intermittently until I pull the camera up and wiggle the wire to the camera head. Tried to contact support. Would not recommend this product.

Does not record video
When my son ordered this item he thought it had a DVR function. He did not realize it didn’t until the first time he used it. He bought 2 by accident. One is missing the switch to turn the light on and off.

The monitor is 9 inches which is nice but the instructions are almost non-extent.
I liked the case and the video screen but the instructions are terrible. You have a picture of several and have to study to find the model you have. This one has 24 LEDs vs others in the price range that have only 12. I couldn't get this one to work. I would only get NO SIGNAL on the video monitor. I reviewed a similar one on Youtube and checked all connections. I am sending this one back and reordering in hopes that the next one will work.
