Spot's Birthday Party: A lift-the-flap board book for toddlers (Spot - Original Lift The Flap)

My grandson loves all of the ‘flip the flap’ books. He likes Spot, so you can have some continuity as there are a lot of Spot books. Really helps with coordination as they flip the flap to see what is underneath. Good to have a selection so you don’t go mad with reading the same story over and over again 😁. Very nice to have a book to go with his birthday party.

You know what you're getting with a Spot book. In this one, Spot discovers the hilarity to be had playing hide and seek at his own birthday party. Good for very young kids, as the flaps are easy for little hands to manipulate. My three-year-old still takes this one out from time to time, so worth the money.

I love this little book, I used to watch this on video everyday when I was a little girl (I know, years ago)!!! So was nice to be able to find it in paper form for my son.

For a little boy's birthday.My children loved them, they loved the story lines and the surprise of lifting the flaps up to reveal who was hiding.I hope that this little boy will love spot, as my children did.

I've reviewed a number of books from the Spot series on Amazon, and I'm always positive about them. When my daughter was younger, she loved Spot books. My son, who's 2, loves them now.In 'Spot's Birthday Party', there's a game of hide and seek. The guests at the party hide, and the reader helps Spot find them by looking behind the flaps. There are clues as to which of Spot's friends are behind each flap (e.g. banana skins on the page where the monkey's hiding), which adds to the fun.The Spot books are enjoyable to read and made to last: even the books my daughter looked at five or so years ago are still in good condition.

Brilliant book that once we started reading to my son, my husband and I both said we remembered it from our own childhoods!!

Have the collection of spots books only made sense to buy this for the collection. Fun book for 1st birthday.

Great book - a firm favourite with my 18 month old! Would recommend!
