I take vitamin B12 because my doctor said that I needed it to help with my energy level.

Sublingual that doesn’t dissolve
The point of sublingual is to dissolve within a reasonable amount of time but I find that this pill takes too long to dissolve. I have been smashing a pill into powder and then putting the powder under my tongue. Way too much trouble.
