Surprising shoe
These shoes remind me of a few different sneakers I had in the mid 1970s -- minimal thickness to the outsole/tread, basic fabric upper, no real cushioning in the midsole or insole. I liked those shoes but they always wore out fast. These shoes I've worn for about a week now. The foot posture (neutral heel, flat foot) already has made my lower back happy after long days standing up. The upper is comfortable. I wear them with very thin socks. They're fine barefoot, I just don't want them to stink like barefoot shoes will.My only complaint is that the color is a bit strange. After they get dirtier it will be less odd. As comfortable as they are, I don't mind. I'm determined to see how long these last, so I'll wear them a lot. So far, an excellent value for a very comfortable shoe.As to sizing, they are pretty well direct to size -- at least they are for me. I've fit ski boots extensively in the past so I have a geek's view of fit. I have a narrow heel, relatively low instep, mild arch, and wide forefoot. Tall arch/tall instep people, maybe they will need to order with the idea that it may be too snug across the instep -- or may not. That's the only place they seem unlikely to fit certain feet.

A pretty nice minimalist sneaker
I'm writing this review after 1 day of wearing these. So I may post updates if things change. What I like:I like that the toebox is shaped like an actual human foot. I like having space to splay and wiggle my toes and these shoes offer that. I like how minimal they are. They feel like I'm wearing nothing. What I don't like:I knew what I was signing up for when I bought these, but I don't like the "zero drop" aspect of these shoes. Interestingly enough, the insoles in these shoes seem to be more of a "negative drop" than "zero drop." The thickness of the insole at the heel feels thinner than at the toes when I take it out and give it the "very precise and scientific" finger pinch test. After a day of wearing them with the stock insoles I went to Walmart and bought some Dr. Scholl's cut-to-fit gel insoles that provide a tiny bit of heel raise to them. That modification made these shoes quite a bit more comfortable if you're not a fan of the zero drop aspect. It also gave the general experience of walking around a bit more cushion. I know...I'm defeating the purpose of "barefoot" style shoes by adding heel lift and cushion. Check the pictures to see which Dr. Scholl's insole I got.My only other "complaint" about these shoes is that the soles are kind of loud and tappy sounding when my toes land on the ground. Hopefully that goes away over time.

Nice semi-minimalist shoe...
Not quite truly a minimalist barefoot sneaker because there is a tiny bit of toe-spring but, for the price, it comes very very close, especially once you remove the "upgraded" footbed. The toebox is wide enough, the sole is reasonably flexible so you get decent ground-feel, and it does have a zero drop sole. Probably an excellent shoe for those transitioning to barefoot shoes. And, the price is right. I'll probably order a couple more colors.

10/10 recommend
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE these shoes! I normally where a women's 8.5-9 and ordered a size 40. They are a tad big without socks on and get sweaty fast, but great with a thin pair of socks. I am switching all of my shoes to barefoot, but that can get expensive fast, so I am happy to have these affordable options. They are great to slip on fast. They are comfy, roomy, and lightweight. They have a good amount of cushion still and you can remove the insoles for more room. They are also secure on your feet.My only complaint is that the glue from the sole to the upper shows. Which for the price is understandable. I would order a second pair for sure!Video is of the insole and the last picture is the shoe without the insole in.

Not bad, especially for the price
For the price, these are a great introduction to minimalist shoes and a worthy replacement for my old go-to's, the Saucony Bullets.Pros:-Price. These cost less than half as much as most other pairs of minimalist shoes.-Upper material They are soft and breath well. No heel chafing at all.Cons:-Narrow toe-box for minimalist shoes. The toeibox here is a bit pinched, which exacerbates the next issue.-Stitching hot-spot on the pinkie toes. This isn't entirely unexpected. My pinkie toe falls at a spot where there needs to be reinforced stitching. But in a shoe where the materials are otherwise nice and soft and plush, the stitching rubbing here is a bummer. That said, nothing that can't be overcome with a bit of moleskin. And at this pricepoint, it's not bad.Overall, especially if you intend to wear socks and have never tried a minimalist or barefoot shoe, these are a solid first shot without breaking the bank. Give them a shot and see what you think.

Enjoying
I have been wanting to move into a more grounded feeling shoe. Overall, the design is good and feels great. Having a wider toe-box has been awesome so that your toes can stretch and flex. I did bump down a star for durability. Look, this is an inexpensive product so keep in mind the materials are not of highest quality.Again, I am happy enough that I am buying a different style from this brand. It would be nice though to have a line available with more durable material. Cheers!

Okay shoes. List the sizes properly. Shoes are euro sizing but not sold that way
Size was small. Said 10.5 to 11. Recieved a size 44. If they had euro sizes I would have ordered larger as I am a 45. It's tight but knitted and the shoes have stretched a little.

Good intro barefoot shoe; not for heavy use
I wanted to try out barefoot shoes on a budget and these came up. Even with some extra fees to get them to Canada, they're about 1/3 the price of other brands. As an intro to barefoot shoes, they were solid! Comfortable, wide toe box, and they looked fine although there was some fraying on the tongue right out of the box. I walk about 5km per day outdoors, so I need a durable shoe. These, unfortunately, didn't meet that requirement and I wore through the sole in about 4 months. For comparison, I've got a pair of Nike Freerunner's I got at an outlet for $30 and I've had them for two years (not a barefoot shoe but likely the closest you're going to get from Nike). There were also issues with the insole not fitting properly, and they would slide around on the inside. My reason for a 3/5 is that they were more comfortable than I expected in terms of the width and the price is great for a true barefoot shoe, but the durability isn't very good and I can't justify replacing shoes every couple months with the likely environmental impact of mass manufacturing these shoes. In summary, a good start if you're curious about barefoot shoes, but definitely not for you if you're a barefoot regular and know you'll wear them.

Great reasonably priced Barefoot shoe
Great pair of shoes fit well I take a size 10.5 in new balance minimus & these fit perfect at 10.

The right size
If you can get the right size, so far these shoes are good. I find the soles a little stiff and only time will tell how well they hold up. I’ll update after a few months to let you know how well they do
