I frequently used to buy these from Holland and Barrett, but after they stopped stocking them I got them off here and they are good value, last ages and I find them very relaxing to aid with anxiety, sleeping or just generally relaxing.

I have used this on multiple occasions and it always helps, soothe my throat.The taste is a little unusual, but it is worth it to save your voice.

Yeah, this (coupled with 50mg of promethazine hydrochloride) does the job wellI put agave nectar in it to sweeten itI used to drink chamomile tea, but this is better

Tastes really nice. I’ve not been consistent so i don’t know if it clears my skin however the ingredient are good for you.

The smell is a little funky but the taste is all okay. Works so well. Been sleeping way better.Also try Reishi Mushroom extract and magnesium if you have trouble getting deep sleep.But this Valerian root tea is tops shelf even on its own.Cut of tea before bed and I'm yawning my way to a deep sleep.Definitely worth it. You get used to the smell and it's not that strong as some might say.

Good for liver detox, its really bitter hence is therapeutic. Whats bitter on the tongue is sweet to the liver, what is sweet to the lips is bitter to the liver.

This tea really works for me, it helps me relax and sleep really well. It has its own taste but I add lemon and it's works for me!

As on the box X4, however I missed that each box only included 15 bags.Therefore, a bit more expensive than I first thought

For the last few months, I've been using this brand of tea to help me relax and fall asleep. I bring the water to a boil and then steep the tea bag for a minimum of 7 minutes before I start drinking it. I either take it a half hour or so before going to bed or take the hot tea to the bedroom and watch a bit of TV and pretty soon I fall asleep. If I wake up during the night, it is easy for me to fall back asleep. This is the only brand I use now and I buy several boxes at a time and reorder as soon as I open the last box. Cannot say enough about this tea.

Great product

I love this tea, and sent this purchase to a friend who has been having trouble sleeping. I first bought this tea when I was in London on business for a month. When I returned to the U.S. it was impossible to find, so when it became available I snapped it up. The tea itself is quite tasty, but the sleep I get after enjoying a cup before bed is stellar. Do yourself a favor and try it!

This is my favourite brand of Valerian Tea. Really helps calm my anxiety so I can sleep better. Some other brads sold on Amazon are really dusty and smelly - this one, while not GREAT tasting (Valerian just isn't great tasting) is totally palatable and individually wrapped.
