works well except the wire loop connector broke
Still a good deal for the money.

Great poontoon cover
Once the boat cover is on properly, it totally sheds all the water keeping your boat clean and dry. A bit difficult to do the original set up, but once you have the straps properly adjusted the next time you put it on is a breeze. I would recommend this cover.

Good product good value
What I looked about this product is the ease of installing it, the price of the product. What I disliked is the poles slip down and you do have to go in and adjust them again. I have this on our 20 foot pontoon boat. Since my second readjustment it has stayed up.

Not impressed
I followed all instructions too a tee, and first rain I still have water laying in the cover. I’m alittle disappoint but I’ll see if I can make it work for the summer. The system seems weak for the 26’ pontoon i have.

Vast improvement over not having it
We've been dealing with a cover that collects lots of water in low spots, and this thing helps a ton! Very well designed.

Unsatisfied
The cover support system is a good idea, but, was less than expected. The first rain/wind event caused connecting wire to break on upright pole, also side straps came loose allowing boat cover to sag and collect gallons (many) of rainwater, got soaked dumping it, BTW. In conclusion would probly be good where there's no wind, or rain. Maybe desert or the moon, don't know, never been there.

Good concept but poorly thought out with cheap materials.
First, the idea of having the poles strapped to each other and the side of the boat is a good one. But the actual materials used are just plain bad.The straps. Not easily adjustable, they use the wrong type of buckles on them that are not good for this application. The straps are plenty long enough to go over the sides of my pontoon boat and clip back on the bottom. I clipped mine on the side rails and the straps are about 2x longer than they needed to be, with a poor way to adjust and tighten them. The poles: they use a cheap twist lock to hold them extended that is not a positive lock. Once you twist them as much as you can, you can, they collapse with a little bit of pressure on them. I have some other poles with cam locks on the joints that actually work. Their solution to this was to provide some automotive clamps that you have to put around each joint on the pole and tighten them up to prevent the pole from telescoping back together.. One other silly thing about the rear pole is it only has 3 slots in the top for straps instead of the needed 4. One for the back strap, two for the sides, and one for the strap going to the front post. Their solution was to provide a cheap little cable to attach the front to back strap to. the rear pole. They supply 2 extra cables for this because they break easily. When I was attempting to put a little tension on the front to back strap, the cable broke twice with just minimal tension. I ended up running that strap through one of the side holes instead. The front post has 4 holes like it should. Go figure…. For my boat which is pretty standard, the poles need to be about 12” longer than the ones in this kit to really suspend the cover up high enough to get good run off. Those extra weight bags: You are supposed to fill them with water and put them at the base of the poles. They are not needed if you just tighten the straps down which in turn puts down force on the poles and holds them in place.Overall, a poor product for the money. due to the shortcomings. In the end they do kind of work, but I would not recommend

Works good
Little hard to put up by yourself. Lot easier if you have two people. Holds tarp up nice. The slide latch tightened are a little cheep. That’s the only downside
