It did a great job polishing my headlights but was pretty hot at the end of the second headlight!

This polisher works great, and it provides very good grip for comfortable and precise usage. Standard quality buffers provided, and enough to go for a long while if, like me, you get this for the occasional car waxing and rare scratch-removal / real polishing.The dial on the trigger takes a bit to get used to, and it doesn’t seem the best placement for such a control. I operate the dial with the trigger blocked, to be able to properly feel it and set it.The manual is all prose, no pictures and no diagrams. Hard to use such instructions, but the tool is pretty intuitive and there are more details on the amazon product page.There is no warranty provided, and no direct contact for the manufacturer. The instruction mentions a “factory guarantee”, not backed by any means to contact the “factory” for any claims. At this time, this may be a very new product trying to get into the market on this side of the world, so I am leaning towards not subtracting from my rating for the lack of warranty, just rate for the quality of the product. If this was not the case, I would rate the product with no warranty at four stars.

Motor burned up with hardly any rigor put on it whatsoever. Plastic pieces melting off and causing further headaches. This is a complete cheap, waste of a purchase.

It was a ok product kinda was damaged a slight bit and the box was all messed up as I’m of it was returned previously and sold as new
