I like a medium roast and love this flavor and how it pairs with my cream. Not too bitter, nice and smooth, a great deal for how much coffee you get, I won't have to buy more for a while!

I really like this coffee..some coffee (different brands ,some expensive) seem to have a bite to them meaning after you swallow the sip it leaves a bitterness on the back of your tongue. THIS DOES NOT. It's very smooth and a pleasure to drink..will be buying again trying different flavors and gifting some. I am happy with this purchase.

I recently switched to source mold free coffee. I can honestly say that this blend is quite nice. It's slightly stronger than I thought it would be but the flavor is very good.

You've got to try Tarrazu coffee, either in bean or ground format. The flavor is extraordinary. Once you study where it's grown and how you'll understand. A little pricey but nothing like stopping by your Seattle based brand.

I've been trying to find a mild, light roast coffee that was free of mold. Most of them are very expensive. I ordered a small size of the Organic Coffee, Medium Roast. The coffee was really good - mild with no bitter taste. It was just what I was looking for, so I ordered the larger size. What I received was a very bitter tasting coffee. It was not enjoyable to drink - I couldn't even finish the cup. It was so bitter, that it upset my stomach for half a day. I complained to the company, who said they would replace it, but I remain skeptical.
