Manufacturer should specify the correct uses in their label.
Yes it's very confusing as at site it's mentioned to be used before meals but at bottle it's mentioned to be taken after meals. This should be clarified from the manufacturer as well as the seller please look into this matter Amazon. As for the review part after using for near about 15 days there is side affects getting stomach upset and loose motions so have stop taking for a while.
