Easy to install in the motorhome.

Material is easy to tear. One seat came town but not worth the price and hassle to send back. We took a couch out and got the set of chairs. Massage and heat are nice. Very comfortable. Lights up under. But we have to keep covered with our dogs toenails

I recently purchased three pieces of Thomas Payne RV furniture, two recliners and a center console. The mechanical parts of the recliner seem to be lacking in quality, and poorly assembled. The mechanical parts on the units I received were defective, not having the clearances needed to operate without parts interfering with the reclining movement.The center console has electrical issues. The USB ports do not operate. The pop-up power supply is extremely hot, seeming like a potential fire hazard.The return policy seems to be intentionally obstructive, making it overly difficult and complicated to get items replaced.In fairness, these are comfortable seats and they look great. Sadly, that doesn’t make up for the poor technical qualities and pitiful customer service.

Fit well in Winnebago Forza 34T. Needed to convert 120VAC junction box behind couch into a duplex outlet for the two power supplies. It uses 48VDC so I could not connect to the 12VDC from the old couch. Needed to shorten the valance for clearance. After a while, left seat quit working in the out position. Found that control box was mounted so that when extended one of the plugs hit the steel frame and disconnected it. Removed box from where it was screwed in and zip tied it to the cushion steel support. Box for right side had clearance.

We got a left-hand and right-hand recliner and the center console and it all works great. The Norlina woven fabric is nice too - no stickiness in the sweaty summer heat and the material can't delaminate like some have done in the past.I think the product is great, but the recliners are not well protected for shipping. It is probably a hit or miss as to whether you get a working one. Even mine has some damage near a motor mount area but I'm gonna keep it anyhow.

Looks nice but the couch is garbage. The issues are related to manufacturing not shipping. We had an older Thomas Payne couch that was starting to fall apart after 5 years of use (more aesthetic) but it was better made than this newer one. In regards to the new one, the cup holders and the attachment port aren't level so you're constantly worrying about spills. The attachment port cover is already popping off on one of the couch ends. When you put the couch back, the sides bow out. My favorite is one of the seat backs absolutely wont snap into place so the back slides up and down. Oh, and the left and right sides of the couch literally don't line up, even though everything is linked up where it's supposed to be. The couch is hard a rock too. I purchased online because I can't find RV furniture in stores anymore. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing this. All these issues were right out of the box. I will have to reach out to the company for a resolution.

Love the cloth recliners and fits perfectly into our 2018 jayco Northpoint 381flws ! Just installed them so hoping they last as good as they sit and feel and look!

Left hand recliner back piece has two areas where staples have almost pushed through the fabric. One area is not easily visible in photo but is felt without difficulty when touching the fabric.Kindly advise how is this discrepancy resolved. Amazon promptly resolved this discrepancy with manufacturer's directions for repair and they also offered to have the damaged pieces packaged and returned plus replacement pieces shipped to us. We opted for a generous discount and repaired the pieces at a local upholstery shop.
