Recemented for washer's on well's.
One reason I like this probably won't need to change the filter because not much comes from the well. But newer washing machines on wells a little small stone could stop it working.

If you have a silt or fine sediment issue with your washer then this is what you need
this worked great from the first time we turned it on and so on and on, our water filter doesnt filter out all the smaller silt and fine sediment in the water from our well and it has caused issues like failing inlet valves in our washing machine so we put this on there and BAM!! problem solved

Absolute garbage
Attached filter to cold water line and turned on water, leaked. Added Teflon tape, leaked. Moved filter to hot water line, leaked. Bought new hoses for both sides, leaked. Cheap for a reason.

Easy to install
Attached to back of washing machine, and to the water line. You can easily see it and will know when it's time to change the filter.

It filtered the water
It worked as stated. However there is a defect in mine as there is a pin hole in the clear plastic container and leaked on floor. Past 30 days, can't exchange or refund
