I figured because ot was so cheap it must not be great, or have some terrible scent or hold.On the contrary, this stuff holds fantastic. I even use it in my hair. Its very much like a water based pomade. And the scent is subtle yet pleasant. Doesn't sit there and stink up your face, and its not like you walk around smelling it all day. Its pleasant.Definitely recommend.

Good Stuff. I need something to keep my older gentleman's fine hair from blowing all over, so that at the end of the day I don't look like Bozo the clown. This stuff works, its nice gentle smell, holds hair in place w/o greasy feeling or waxy build up. Little dab in hand after shower and rub into hair, then style as usual.

You definitely get the scent of sawdust but more like you are choking on it. Smell of this product is bad to both me and my wife. My wife I understand but I can't even smell the cat box. Unusable

Smells unique. It almost smells bad, but it's actually quite masculine. Thick stuff. Good for really matting down the beard. I use it for my hair also. Works well.

Works well for me on my moustache which can get a bit wild at times. I pair this with the utility balm. I really enjoy the lumber yard scent. If you like the smell of fresh cut lumber, this is the one.
