This is a great garage door rubber bottom seal and track package!
I have an older garage door and the rubber bottom seal and aluminum track both needed to be replaced. I have to say this product worked perfectly. Besides that I found the materials to be of high quality. I am not a skilled handyman but the provided directions were very clear and made the job a success. Note that the track comes in multiple pieces vs the typical one piece track when purchased at a building materials store but it attached and performed no differently. The bottom seal weather protection has been perfect. We have had major rain storms since I installed and not a drop getting into the garage. The rubber tube inside the outer seal does the trick (the rubber is heavy duty). If you look closely at the picture you will notice how the door stands just a little higher off of the cement than a door that doesn't have the rubber tube inside. I also appreciated that Ginchain provided five extra self tapping metal screws than needed to complete the work, just in case. I am very happy with this purchase and the years of good service this product should provide.

Heavy duty
Purchased due to reviews and am very happy. I cut the metal with my compound miter saw and turned out perfectly. I then applied caulk on the metal, used tape and paint sticks to line it up on the door. The screws do not sit flush inside all the way but catch the rail. This did not affect it negatively at all. The rubber slide in real easy on one side and I had to use a big flat head screwdriver to push in the opposite side. Very easy to do. The rubber is very thick and heavy duty. This should last. The floor is uneven so I ordered a rubber threshold to put underneath. This is an old wood door that isn’t level so there is a small gap.

Easy to install and it fits well, included screws inadequate
I installed the product in about 90 minutes including the removal of the original. Be aware that you'll have to cut the aluminum frame to fit it to the exact size of your garage door. You'll need a cutting tool for aluminum. There weren't sufficient number of screws enclosed in the package which was frustrating. So prepare for a trip to your hardware store for screws. I used the ones in the photo which are much better. Notice that they are hexagon heads which seat a lot tighter than those enclosed.Overall good product, but I'm not happy about the screws.

Easy to install seal
Product arrived as described, rails intact and undamaged, plenty of screws (with extra) for install. The rubber seal felt suitably robust. Time will tell re: durability.Rails were a little long for my garage door but cut down pretty easily with a hacksaw. Make sure your garage door is safely off or supported so it won't crash down on you during install! Remove the old seal and clean the bottom of the door (just used a brush to brush off dust and debris).Taped rails onto the bottom of the door (used painters tape) to align and pre-drill holes. MAKE SURE THE RAILS ARE LINED UP! You don't want them offset - will make seal install more difficult if it catches during install. Permanently attached with supplied screws (hand tightened) with no issues.Toughest part was getting the seal to slide into the rail. I decided to cut the seal to size after install to be sure of length, but you can cut before install I guess - would likely be a much cleaner cut than I was able to manage after the fact. Garage door bottom should be at a comfortable height for this next part, I suggest somewhere between elbow and shoulder height. Supplied instructions mention a few drops of soap in water to help lube the track - luckily I had a spray bottle of dilute soapy water from a previous project. This really made this part much easier! Liberally spray the rail and the seal (both sides!) as you go, and make sure you guide the seal at the insertion site. Instructions say to guide it straight about a foot from rail edge, but I didn't have that room. Guiding it in with your hand at the edge of the rail is a necessity. It can flex/bunch up a little and catch at the rail edge stopping the seal from going in. A second pair of hands will definitely help; even a little bit of coordinated extra tugging or pushing from the far end will help greatly (wife or kid will be sufficient, coordination is key)!Seal is much more secure than the old foam seal previously stabled to the bottom of my garage door.TLDR: good quality rails and seal, straightforward install. Will update if there is early failure.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Absolutely love this product. I ordered it a little long. Rather have too much than NOT enough. I simply put it up measured exactly what I needed and cut the rest off (very very easy to do). You may however measure what you need prior and order according to the charts. I didn’t want to risk it being short for whatever reason. Easy to install. Use the metal railing in the box. Not the one you already have installed. Trust me. Also, make sure to have a lube when sliding the rubber seal into the metal railing. You’ll be glad you did. Is like to reserve to edit this in case the seal breaks down prematurely. But nearly 3 months and zero issues. Seal still looks like I just installed it.

This added hight to the door.
It's good quality but now the door doesn't seal at the top. It was a bit of a struggle to install it too. The kicker is that it didn't solve the problem and a seal on the floor is needed too.

Easy to mount
This item was very easy to mount on the bottom of the garage door. Sliding the rubber barrier on the metal rail got a little difficult once you are past 8 feet. I was still able to do it on my own. Pull a little push a little and it went on. It took about 1 hour 45 minutes for my garage door on a 22 foot car garage. It sealed fine. No more snakes sneaking under the garage door.

Great product, excellent quality…
The seal on my garage doors were not originally installed correctly, after removing the old , noticed the convex shape and this product comes with the aluminum tracks, screws and Seal. My only advice, put some type of lube in the tracks before attempting to pull the new seal through. I used WD40, worked like a charm. 2 people make it much easier to pull the new seal through without damaging it. Very satisfied with the product, shipping was quick and item was packaged very well.
