Cheese Making Kit (20 Batches) Halloumi, Feta, Mozzarella, Ricotta and 8 Other Mediterranean Cheeses

Received this today and disappointed at the size of the kit and what is in it to be honest. Was really looking forward to receiving this kit. The book is nice and you can download another on the website. The cheese mould is very small was expecting a larger one. Some salt and citric acid which I suppose you could buy in supermarkets in the kit and some herbs a thermometer also. I will let you know how I get on with it

This was bought as a gift for a friend who loves to cook and is also very fond of cheese. Something a bit different, it looks good quality, nicely boxed, and arrived quickly. We haven't used it because it is for a present, so we can't comment on how easy it is to use.

very easy to follow and results in some good cheese - you do need a lot of milk to complete the recipes . Good value and good fun .

The packet is really much much smaller than the picture shows. So be prepared to receive a small book sized package. Having said that it all looks ok and I'm happy giving this as a gift, however it'll be a stocking filler and not a main pressies.

Bought this as a present and my friend he was very pleased with it. The packaging looks a little cheap but the idea of being able to make your own cheese makes up for that.

Great price. Fast delivery and all you need to make cheese. Just read the instructions or you'll end up with very acidic cheese.

The kit arrived quickly and was as advertised. It will be a Christmas present so we do not know how it is to use yet, but we love the idea.
