Q: Will this work on 75gal tank?

I have a 65g tank and it works perfectly fine. I think this is rated for up to 90g.

Q: Will this work on a 125 gal tank?.

It's only rated for tanks up to 100 gal. You will need a larger skimmer.

Q: will this work on a 24gal jbj nanocube?

This works very well on a 40 gallon so no reason I can see it would not work on a 24. Its a very good HOB skimmer.
