This stuff is quick and easy. So much more convenient than using a blender. Taste is good enough -- kind of like yogurt or kefir, but with that little twist at the end. Not delicious, it's true, but good enough to take a quick shot and bam! I got 16 grams of protein! That was the reason I bought it in the first place! Compare to other protein options; pretty damn good.

The taste is not that bad. Good source of protein instead of a shake which is too filling for me. After reading other reviews, I thought it would be nasty and I would have to dread the little drink every morning, but really the taste is just kind of bland. It’s thick. I bought the berry

Wife has been using this product for over a year. She likes the product. But recently it has become so "clumpy" that she no longer likes it. The clumps weren't there when we first started using it. Unless product removes the clumps and makes it a smooth drink again, we will switch to another product.

This is a great way to get a good amount of protein in small amount. I just received it today and drank it mixed with about 2 oz of water. It tastes like an orange creamsicle!! I don't think it tastes bad at all!! I'm a nurse and so glad I found this product! Game changer for sure!!
