If you have blood clotting problems which lead to things like DVT and Pulmomary Embolism you'll find yourself on drugs like Warfarin for the rest of your life. Warfarin works by making the blood thinner and reduces its ability to clot. It's like having Teflon in your blood stream. The problem is cuts, scratches, and grazes don't scab over. The wound remains open to the air and it takes weeks for healing to take place. They get infected. And the really good bit is they hurt the same as they did the second you received the wound. I've tried the usual ointments from the chemist and they're not very good. I've had a hole in my thigh for three weeks now the size of a twenty piece coin. It weeps, bleeds, and hurts no matter what I do. Yesterday the tea tree oil arrived. I rubbed some into the wound around midday, and then again at bedtime. This morning half the wound area has some kind of skin over it and isn't weeping or bleeding. The deeper parts of the found are now three or four smaller ones with a recognisable scab over each part. A the moment I hardly know it's there. I think me and tea tree oil are going to get along fine. One thing I didn't like was the £5 postage and packing charged which hiked the price of this purchase over £16.

I have been using tea tree oil most of my adult life and immediately upon opening the bottle I could tell by the smell that this is a good quality tea tree oil. I am sure it is going to perform well for many skin conditions and other ailments. However while one of the 2 bottles I ordered leaked all over the packaging the other one also has quite a bit of oil missing from the top. Is this the way for the manufacturer to save a bit of money? Also considering the price of this product Outback Organics should invest in better quality bottles so that the precious product is not wasted when it leaks over the postal packaging. Overall a good tea tree oil but for the reasons mentioned I don't think I will be repurchasing.

I have been usung this tea tree oil for about 3 weeks for my acne skin. I mix it with cider vinegar and water to make tonic and on its own for breakouts. Works very well doesn't irritate my skin and seems like it helps to reduce new breakouts and red spots.

I wouldnd't be without t.tree oil. Any infected cuts or wounds, it can be applied neat. Had a cat bite recently, and after sucking the wound out and spitting out, applied t.tree and soaked t.tree in cotton wool and kept it on, and for the next couple of days, and no trouble. Healed without infection. AS a cold prevention, and relief can be apllied on cotton bud and wiped round the edge of nose (if you don't mind the smell!). It has an antibiotic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti viral effect.

I was a bit disappointed when I read the ingredients and saw that there was another ingredient (limonene) as I thought it would be 100% Tea Tree Oil.

I am sure this will benefit the reason I purchased it- but the smell is so overpowering-it is very potent indeed.

This is amazing I use it on my skin for scars and they have faded over a three month period I am so happy and it has built my self esteem back up and my skin feel great not dry anymore. This was great purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone worth paying for.
