XYZprinting RUGNRXTW04K 3D Printer Nobel Photopolymer Resin, Blue (Pack of 2)

This resin the only used by the Nobel 1.0 and 1.0A.It is a little thicker than others but the end product is well worth it.

The resin is really thick. Tends to put pressure on prints and I think is one of the main reasons models tend to fall off the platform when printing. I bought 2 bottles of the grey. Both came roughly 3/4 full. Out of two bottles I have gotten 4 small useable models and about 10 models that fell off the platform and turned to a large pile of waste in the resin tank.I am now out of resin to use in both bottles. But the funny thing is I very much have almost 3/4 bottle of resin left when combined together.The machine says the resin is out when there is plenty left in the bottle and resin tank. The annoying thing is, you can't use the noble 1 at all if your bottle says you're out. If you turn off auto refill, that won't work. The whole machine is rendered un-usable. Which is a load of crap.So not only do you get 3/4 of the bottle full when it arrives. You only get to use half of the bottle before the machine reads it as empty.The resin is overpriced as it.It does work rather nice when it does work. But I would not use this resin or the noble 1 until they update the hardware to use other resins and make their bottles properly readable.

I have been using clear resin without one failed print. Ran out, switched to white (this order), almost every print fails. I need to mention that the models I am printing are no bigger than 40mm tall, 20mm wide. It is not the models. Not only that, the last failed print when removing from the resin tank, took chunks out of the bottom of the tank! Now my left side is unusable to print. I tried to contact XYZ via website but it keeps telling me my serial number of my printer is not valid. I would stay far away from this resin. Stick with the clear resin, I had zero issues with that.

The only way to go for the XYZ Nobel

First of all It does not seem to be advertised anywhere but the grey resin is flexible and brittle while the clear resin seems much harder.I assume this has to do with the fact that it is a light cure resin and they each react differently. I went through 1 and a quarter bottles of grey resin on a brand new nobel printer and got zero usable parts. Both bottles now show that they are empty according to the NFC tag so the remainder of the resin is useless along with the resin tank since i had to switch to a new tank when i decided to give the clear resin a shot. I'm now half way through the first bottle of clear resin and still have 0 usable parts. The parts either do not attach to the print bed at all or detach during the print process leaving a large blobs of cured resin stuck in the tank.the only parts that have completed successfully are either very small or sample parts that were designed optimally for the printer.I have been in regular contact with XYZ support and they have offered no real solution.They advised that i try different part orientations all of which end with the same failures.They also advised that i only load one part at a time for printing (this is not standard protocol and is not advertised anywhere in their marketing or sales material.) nor did it solve the problem.The material seems to always fail at the support structure that their software creates.

Eine der gelieferten Flaschen sorgt bei meinen nobel 1.0a ab und an zu Erkennung Problemen und wird nicht richtig erkannt. Wenn man sie dann ein paar mal hin und her dreht geht es wieder, daher einen Stern Abzug
