The battery is kinda short lived for my purposes. Lasts probably 4 to 6 hours on a full charge on its brightest setting. Maybe a little bit longer. But the flexible neck stays where I put it. The magnets are nice and strong snd hold it in place very well. It's obnoxiously bright on its brightest setting, in a good way. Zero complaints.

That it is magnetic and my son was able to put it on the inside of his hood to see what he was doing and he could just move the light around to see what he needed to see without taking it off.

This was almost the perfect light for my intended purpose, but it fell short in one important aspect. I purchased this light to use on my band saw. It puts out a great amount of light and can even be turned down or up as needed. The flexible staff is rigid enough that it stays in the position that I place it. It is long enough to allow me to position the light where I need it while keeping the base out of the way. It is a great little work light with one major exception. My band saw produces a very slight vibration which causes the light to migrate downwards (it is mounted on the vertical surface of my saw) because the little magnets are just not strong enough to hold it in place. I am not returning the light, because I like it a lot, and I can fix the problem. I have temporarily affixed the light to my saw using some double-sided tape. This works well, but at some point the light will have to be removed for charging. My plans are to buy some stronger magnets and glue them to the base of the light. I am very disappointed that it was equipped with such weak magnets. If you do not plan to use the light on a vertical surface that may experience some vibration, this light should be absolutely perfect for you. Just don't expect it to stay put on a vertical surface unless it receives absolutely no vibration. In that case, you will have to modify the light in some way to help it stay put.

One of the best purchases I've ever made for all my home and car projects. Three intensities on light power; the battery charge lasts a long time; easy to use and manipulate. Its crowning utility was when I was on my back inside a cabinet under a laundry room utility sink, trying to loosen the nuts on a broken 40 year old faucet with littler space to reach it behind the deep sink. The bright light and ability to position the goose neck saved my sanity and allowed me complete use of both hands.

This is one handy work light for automotive or shop use. The magnets hold well, but are not too difficult to release. The base is sturdy enough for use sitting on the floor, such as working underneath a vehicle. Wish I had this light years ago.

I like the light because it is bright but the battery life isn’t the greatest. The last few times I used it the magnets fell out . So it won’t stick where I need it . I can’t use it anymore.

I have this set up on my work table and it is perfect. Super bright and the awesome Olight quality is definitely on display. Their products are more expensive but the quality is worth the money
