Good little product
This is the thick/sticky version (not the runny one). Good adhesion - quick as it is already thick so goes tacky within a few minutes - meant to go tacky before you join the two surfaces. Not so easy to spread - because it's thick - and no spreader provided so I used an old flat screwdriver. Washes well if you do it straight after application. Used this with leather-to-leather and leather-to-wood and both with very good results. The tin is big enough for many jobs - hopefully it will not dry out before I use it all!

Amazing stictivity
Great contact cement for use on just about anything. When opened it look like wax in the tin, but with some agitation loosens up to become like a thick oil in consistency. When applied leave a high gloss sheen which dries in about 15 mins to contact adhesion levels. When applied large items can be floated about to ensure correct positioning before tamping to seat.Had a very high smell however so plenty ventilation is required

Good stuff
Its a bit like gorilla snot out of the tin but once evenly spread on both surfaces and allowed to dry as per instructions, it sticks like doodah to a wossname. So you need to be accurate - you cannot pull it off and try again. My only complaint is that it doesnt come with a spreader so i had to use one from elsewhere. Trouble is that it gets so gunged up, you cannot reuse it so dont use the best family silver.

Good but expensive
It's good stuff and does what it says on the tin, but it's a small tin and didn't spread as far as I'd hoped. So for the rest I got a cheaper, unbranded alternative that worked just as well.

in a word, fantastic
have been using this product for at least 15 years, and used it recently to stick vinyl floor tiles to a wooden top coffee table. brilliant stuck great spreads very easily, no mess, you would have to damage tiles to get them off.that,s how well it sticks. would highly recommend.
