Brilliant
I was making a model diorama and thought I'd have a go at cutting some scenery out of foam and polystyrene. What a piece of kit this is. Made the job so easy and great value.

Did the job
Had some memory foam to cut this was perfect, useful to keep in the garage as well.

Hard to control
It’s comfortable to hold and the attachments appear to be good quality. However, I found it difficult to control. Cutting polystyrene in straight lines was tricky because, in my view, the tools were too hot.

Worked well at first but then didn't
The first day I used it, it worked great. But now it doesn't seem to heat up enough to cut the foam very well, I tried all the spare wires but it's the same. It's like there's a connection problem somewhere with the wire as it will also turn off now and then. It even sparks sometimes around the hoops that hook onto the device.

Stopped working.
This product was amazing up until a few days ago. It no longer works hands free and needs to be plugged in to work, which is a shame as the cable it comes with is very short.
