The plastic is reasonably sturdy, resistant to tearing, and sticks to itself pretty well. We used about 1/2 of one roll to help pack up the furniture in an apartment, and was very happy with it. We'd throw a blanket over a TV and then wrap it about 10 times and it worked great. Or wrapped a dresser about 10 times to hold the drawers in place, and it did the job. Recommended.

Coming from someone who has used and sold stretch wrapping machinery and supplies, this is a pretty good value for the retail dollar in these inflationary times.The handle is simple, and the film dispenses well (a cheap film will stick and tear in the middle of the sheet). To get tension, you can simply use your thumb.That said, 60 gage is a little light causing you to use more than you might otherwise, and tears easily.Otherwise I'm happy with it.

I use this every time I move. Works amazing for packing items and keeping things together.I recommend this to everyone if they are moving.

I’ve tried multiple versions of this type of product and for General purpose this is great and heavy enough for me. For the heaviest metal objects and possibly sharper stuff a heavy duty version might seem tailored but you can always just wrap it 1 or 2 more times with this so it works just fine. I work in two areas constantly so the extra handle is appreciated. Great value and I would buy this over any other if I had to do it again.
