Fingers crossed
So far I’m liking this Apegenin! I am totally a Freshman when it comes to this supplement. I’d actually never even heard of it, but I read some reviews and decided to try it for helping me with sleep. If you’re like me, sleep is not easy to get when you can’t relax and shut your mind off. I also researched Apegenin on a bunch of highly regarded medical websites and I was impressed with the amount of research that has gone into this. I had to give it about four days until I felt it was working, I actually took two for those first days, but I always started with one and took the second after an hour. On the fifth day and since I’ve been taking one and it’s working really well. Not sure why, but all,I care about is that I relax enough and fall asleep and stay asleep. I’d definitely recommend trying it if some of the other options(I.e., Melatonin, Aswaghanda, etc.) aren’t working for you. I only take supplements that are manufactured in the US and this one is. Another positive is the amount in the bottle.six months! It’s a great deal, only if it works, and it does for me.

It seems to work better as an aid?
I can't say I'm familiar with the company, but he claims to be based in the US. I can't make any claims in terms of legitimacy but I have heard about this ingredient when it comes to sleep. I've tried this off for a few days. No ill side effects. In terms of making me sleep, I would say it's a bit subtle, but after trying it out with melatonin it does seem to make it a bit more of a stronger effect. So as a stand-alone product I wouldn't rely on it. I'm kind of uncertain as to where I stand with this item to be honest because I can't even tell if it is a placebo effect. Most I could confirm is I have not gotten bad side effects

I like the possibilities
This supplement was unknown to me until it came across my feed. As I looked into Apigenin, first using the National Institute of Health website, I became very intrigued by this bioflavonoid, which is potentially very beneficial, especially with its ability to reach the brain. This brand's half year supply is well sealed, GMP tested, non-GMO, and plant based. The only filler, magnesium stearate, is described as from a vegetable source. My favorite labeling specifies sources in more detail, but I do appreciate that the apigenin in this product is described as "from a natural source". I have no trouble swallowing the capsule and experience no odor or flavor from the capsule.I ordered this product and am adding to my rotation of products which are potentially beneficial for general well-being.

Antioxidant & antiviral effects
I have been taking one of these every morning on an empty stomach. I have not had any negative side effects. Bottle had safety packaging on it and none of the capsules were broken or sticking together. This is something that i take because i believe "it's good for me"... not because i expect to experience noticeable results... so it's hard to review. It could be helping me, or might not be. But again, it hasn't caused me any problems. Here are some of the reasons i believe this could be good for me to take:*apigenin is a flavenoid (or group of flavenoids?) that are naturally occurring, and that we can otherwise obtain through our diet-- especially through chamomile tea.*flavenoids decrease free radicals, are antioxidants, and can have anti inflammatory and antiviral effects*apigenin can reduce the release of cytokines, which can overproduce and lead to disease*apigenin can be cognitive- enhancing because of the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, as a study with mice with Alzheimer's indicated that apigenin improved memory and learning deficits*one study indicated that apigenin improved impaired glucose tolerance and significantly decreased Insulin Resistance*apigenin has been shown to reduce cortisol levels, which can ease anxiety*apigenin has exhibited cell growth arrest and apoptosis in many types of tumors, and is anti cancer research is exploring how it plays a role in several cancer signaling pathways*apigenin inhibits CD38, which can lead to the effect of one's NAD+ levels being doubled. This is a critical coenzyme that is found in every cell of the body but naturally decreases with age.

Didn't really do anything but make me use the bathroom...a lot
I got this because I heard Huberman Podcast talking about it for helping with sleep - I figured I'd try it because melatonin does nothing for me and I would prefer to not take a bunch of sleep aid junk since this was supposed to be a more natural way. Well.....it never worked and I took it every night for a month. Looked at Garmin and Ultrahuman every morning and not once did I see any measurable improvements, nor did I even notice any improvements in sleep. If anything, I actually have slept WORSE lately - higher HRV suddenly, higher body temp suddenly, heart rate dropping later into the night for some reason, and then the next day is 6-10 rounds on the toilet. Whatever this is didn't agree with me, will not be taking anymore.
