I'm a Dr & also in fitness. I won't blame them. It was my mistake to order this crap item in hurry. It's NOT at all healthy. Stay away from this product.1. It contains just chemicals. Maltodextrin. Worst than sugar. High Glycemic Index. So dangerous for your metabolism.2. Taste - Pathetic3. Nature Identical Flavour - So a chemical4. Artificial Sweetener - Just too dangerous for your heart.5. Anti caking agent - one more chemicalNOTHING NATURAL... Absolutely a scam.Dear Amazon... you should really ban such companies who are playing with health of the people.and friends..one more thing... Look at the pictures...No where have they shown ingredients!!!I was cheated... But my mistake to trust such unethical company. You please save yourself.

Does it's job effectively, and the flavour is quite tasty. But i did notice most of the packet contents were lumpy and took time to dissolve. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be but it hindered while emptying the sachet into a glass.

Needed a product like this especially with the summers coming up. The taste is amazing!!

This drink is really awesome drink. Whenever I feel low in these sunny days I have one sachet and feel much more energetic. Definitely go for this...

The product might work fine, but to me i couldn’t get over the synthetic lime/lemon flavour. Also it gave me some stomach discomfort.
