This is, hands down, the very best domestic cheese I have ever tasted, and I love it so much. I am especially fond of the aged cheddar and the smoked, but the others are also quite fine. I just wish the economy wasn't such crap because I would love to be able afford this wonderful cheese more often. As is, it is top of my list for the holidays. But that's kind of it. Very expensive for me, but if you have the money, this is SERIOUSLY good cheese! I would always have it on hand . . .if I could.

I love this cheese. I have bought cheese from the store and many companies that sell cheese. This brand is better than any other kind. The flavor is the best. This is my 3rd order with this company, the cheese always gets here in perfect shape.

Thought could have more flavor, more Dill in the Dill Havarti, more spice in the Jalapeño one, more smoke in the smoked ones. Favorite, Honey Sriracha. Don't get me wrong, it is Real good cheese!! Creamy. Maybe because I'm from Arizona, am use to more spice? Might check out the other flavors. Nice it came nicely packed, with ice packs.

I sent the Thank You package to friends and they loved the cheese. They served it at a gathering in their home and told me all of their guests raved about this cheese assortment. Thank you for providing such a quality product. I will be purchasing again in the future.

Great cheese but too many were spicy varieties, for my taste.
