A comfortable read.
Just loved this book it had a really genuine feel to it. Easy to imagine the village life, good to read about how helpful and friendly Will and Serena were. Pull your chair up to the fire, put on your favourite music, pour yourself a glass of something and settle down for a good read on a winters afternoon.

A lovely heart warming read.
I have given this book 5 stars because I found it a delightfully absorbing book, unashamedly feel good.It is a book that I would recommend to anyone wanting a warm, fluffy read - perhaps accompanied by a roaring fire and your feet curled under you in a comfortable arm chair!

Second Xmas read.
Well I'm pleased to say that reading this second Xmas story by this writer was so more enjoyable than her first book. But I must say that yet again it kept throwing me back to the past erbreaking my hold on thin threads of the convoluted stories interwoven like short stories throughout the book. I do recommend this as an easy Xmas read. Is it possible that the author could write another book without this constant back and forth in time that can be so distracting?

Home for Winter
I found this book rather sweet as it also took me back to memories of village life where I grew up. Friends and family life, conflicts that still carry on today. Anyway I gave this book a three star rating as it is not my usual choice of a book.

the second book by rebecca boxall and every bit as good as the previous one, loved the ending where ppl from the first book were brought in, i hope there will be many more stories with the same ppl and new ones too, this would make a great long running saga !

Lovely
This was an easy, relaxing book. The characters were likeable and the style of writing uncomplicated. With a storyline that had a feel good factor. Even when problems arose in the story, you knew they would be solved resulting in a happy ending.Perhaps 4 stars may be a little high but I would read another of her books as this one was so lovely to read.
